The Oilers have agreed to terms with centre Boyd Gordon on a three-year deal, goaltender Jason Labarbera on a one-year deal, forward Jesse Joensuu on a two-year deal and defenceman Andrew Ference to a four-year deal.

In 760 career NHL games with Boston, Calgary and Pittsburgh Ference has 37 goals, 156 assists for 193 points plus 645 penalty minutes. In 486 career NHL games with Phoenix and Washington, Gordon has 39 goals and 83 assists for 122 points and 100 penalty minutes. In 175 career NHL games with Phoenix, Vancouver, Los Angeles and the NY Rangers Labarbera has a 59-70-19 record with a 2.84 goals-against average and .908 save percentage.

Joensuu, who comes over from Finland, has played in 67 career NHL games, all with the Islanders. He has eight goals and 15 points with 47 career penalty minutes.
